These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website vanbert.com and your engagement with Vanbert Corporation, doing business as Vanbert Design and Vanbert Cabinetry (“Vanbert,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Vanbert Design specializes in luxury custom cabinetry, including but not limited to kitchens, bathrooms, closets, entertainment centers, garages, outdoor kitchens, and wall paneling. All products are custom designed and manufactured to order.

2. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes and estimates are personalized based on your project specifications, including dimensions, materials, finishes, and features. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed in the signed contract.

3. Contracts & Change Orders

A signed contract is required before production begins. Any modifications after contract signing require a written Change Order detailing the scope of change and cost adjustment. Change Orders must be signed by both parties before changes are made.

4. Payment Terms

• 35% deposit due at contract signing
• 35% due before production begins
• 30% due after production, before delivery

Cabinets are available for pickup or delivery within 2 business days after final payment is received. Payment is processed through our authorized payment provider.

5. Production & Delivery

Production timelines are estimated at the time of contract and depend on project complexity and current production schedule. Vanbert reserves the right to adjust timelines if material availability, design changes, or other unforeseen circumstances require it. We will communicate any changes promptly.

Clients are invited to inspect their completed cabinetry at our Factory before delivery. If inspection reveals any issues, Vanbert will make corrections and reschedule the inspection at no additional cost.

6. Installation

Vanbert manufactures cabinetry but does not provide installation services. We can recommend trusted, vetted professional installation partners. Installation services are contracted and paid separately between the client and the chosen installer.

7. Warranty

Vanbert provides a 20-year warranty on all cabinetry products, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation (unless performed by a Vanbert-recommended installer)
• Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents
• Normal wear and tear, including natural aging of wood and finishes
• Modifications made by the client or unauthorized third parties

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. If production has not begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund minus any costs incurred for design, materials ordered, or other project-specific expenses. Once production has begun, deposits are non-refundable. Specific cancellation terms are outlined in your signed contract.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on vanbert.com, including text, images, logos, designs, and multimedia, is the property of Vanbert Corporation and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

10. Website Use

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vanbert Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.

13. Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from Vanbert related to your project, including appointment reminders, project updates, and delivery notifications. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. 14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
